1920s Fireman Raising a Ladder

An interwar firefighter with both arms thrust straight overhead, hands open and index fingers extended as he walks a ladder up hand over hand. He wears the leather helmet with a front shield and long rear brim, a long double-breasted rubberised turnout coat with contrasting piping along the closure and cuffs, and tall pull-on boots.

The stance is braced under the load, chin up, feet apart, coat swinging free at the hem. Because the hands are shaped to grip a rung, he pairs directly with any ladder in your scenery collection.
