A mid-century firefighter hauls an unconscious casualty across his shoulders in a classic rescue carry. He wears a long yellow-trimmed turnout coat with reflective bands, heavy rubber boots and a leather helmet with a numbered front shield.
The rescued figure hangs limp over his back, arms and legs trailing, which gives the pairing a real sense of weight and urgency. Both bodies are sculpted as one piece on a simple round groundwork disc.
Perfect as the focal point of a 1950s house-fire or tenement-collapse street scene, an emergency-service display board, or a town layout where a pumper crew is working a burning storefront.
