Modern Firefighter Climbing with Axe

A structural firefighter mid-climb, one boot up on an unseen rung and one arm swung back for balance while the other grips a pick-head axe. He wears full turnout gear: reinforced coat and trousers with reflective bands at cuffs, hem and knees, a leather-fronted white helmet and a yellow air cylinder on his back.

Detailing runs right down to the radio strap on his chest, the harness buckles and the heavy rubber boots. The climbing pose gives him a very different silhouette from the usual hose-crew figures.

Made for an aerial ladder or roof-work scene: place him on a truck ladder, a fire escape or a roof edge above a working structure fire. Also reads well simply advancing on foot across an incident base.
