Vampire Bat Swarm on Bone-Strewn Base

A rising column of bats caught mid-flight, roughly a dozen bodies stacked in a spiralling cloud with membranous wings spread at different angles. Each bat has a snub muzzle with bared fangs, hooked thumb claws, clawed feet and translucent-thin wing webbing veined for contrast between dark leather and warm underside.

The swarm grows out of a round ground disc dressed with cracked flagstones, tufts of purple undergrowth, a scattering of long bones and two skulls, so the piece tells its own story without extra scenery. The stepped arrangement keeps clear sight lines through the cluster from every viewing angle.

Made for haunted and horror set pieces: a crypt entrance, a ruined belfry, a graveyard gate or a cave mouth on a fantasy tabletop board. It also works as a seasonal accent for an autumn village display or a spooky attraction on a layout.
