Groundhog in Shades and Waistcoat

A stout groundhog stands upright with his forepaws folded across his chest, wearing dark round sunglasses and a buttoned green waistcoat with gold piping and brass buttons. The fur is sculpted in long shaggy tufts down the shoulders and belly, with prominent front teeth and swept whiskers giving him a smug, unhurried expression.
