The assembly includes a narrow decorative stem with multiple turned sections, a shallow circular tray below the top bowl, and a cylindrical base that sits on a glossy black tabletop. A flexible ribbed green hose is coiled around the base and extends to a metal mouthpiece lying on the tabletop.
