An arched hoop shelter building: a ribbed barrel roof stretched over a run of steel arches, closed at one end and open at the other under a squared timber portal beam. The whole structure sits on a row of stepped concrete blocks with heavy plates and bolts tying the ribs down.

A small window panel is set high in the end wall and cross-bracing shows through the open bay. Buildings like this are used for road salt and grit storage, machinery cover, farm equipment and depot workshops.

Drop it into a highway maintenance yard, a quarry, a farm or an industrial siding on a layout, or use it as a vehicle bay on a modern wargame board.
