A compact utility transformer housing in safety orange, standing on a poured concrete pad. The sloped peaked lid sheds rain over a single hinged access door with a T-handle latch and heavy strap hinges, while the side face carries two tall stacks of louvred cooling vents.

Grey feet and a conduit stub lift the cabinet clear of the pad, and the edges show light chipping and weathering that responds well to a rust wash or dry-brushed metal.

Perfect trackside or roadside clutter for a modern or mid-century layout: drop it beside a substation fence, an industrial siding, a factory yard or a suburban service alley to break up empty ground.
