Overview

This listing supplies a single 1:87 (HO) master STL of an unbranded hypercar exterior shell sculpted to read as a contemporary Koenigsegg-style two-seat exotic. The mesh intentionally represents only the outer body shell: there are no wheels, chassis, interior components, axle bosses, mounting hardware, or manufacturer badges included. Brand identifiers have been removed so the silhouette reads like modern Swedish hypercar design language without being a licensed replica.

Visible design cues and geometry

The shell emphasizes very low, aerodynamic proportions. The front transitions from a long, gently sloping bonnet into a compact, narrow greenhouse and a notably low roofline. The cabin footprint is short with a low side glass area. Rear over-fender volumes flare above the rear axle line to suggest wide rear haunches and a torque-biased layout. Wheel arches are deep and heavily sculpted to visually accept common aftermarket miniature wheels after light fitting. Front fascia details are simplified into shallow intake suggestions rather than fully modelled hardware to preserve a clean silhouette at HO scale. The lower rear flows into an integrated diffuser zone with vertical element suggestions instead of separate vanes, keeping the shell printable while communicating aerodynamic intent.

Intended uses

Because the body is badge-free and supplied without surface textures, it is well suited for custom finishing, grafting to aftermarket chassis and wheels, or serving as a donor shell in kitbashing projects. Typical hobbyist modifications include cutting openings for axle bosses, boolean-adding internal mounting bosses, splitting the body for easier printing or chassis fitting, and combining the shell with aftermarket wheels.

Printing notes

At 1:87 this shell reads best as a resin print to preserve smooth curvature and shallow intake flutes. For SLA/DLP we recommend 25–60 µm layer heights; supports are advised under the rear diffuser suggestion, inside the deep wheel wells, and along the center underside if printing roof-up. For FDM, orient the shell on its roof and add supports under diffuser zones and wheel wells; consider printing as a split body (roof removed or a two-piece shell) or adding internal registration pegs for secure mounting to a custom chassis. Thin edges such as panel lips and wheel openings may need local thickening; use offset or local extrusion to meet your printer's minimum wall thickness. Because wheels and axle geometry are not included, plan to test-fit common aftermarket HO wheels and be prepared to ream or file wheel openings for a snug fit.

Scale conversion (how to print other scales)

The included asset is a single 1:87 (HO) master. To print at another scale, uniformly scale the mesh by the ratio of the desired scale denominator to 87 in your slicer or CAD package (for example, to print at 1:43 multiply by 87/43 ≈ 2.02; to print at 1:48 multiply by 87/48 ≈ 1.81). After scaling, inspect thin panel edges, wheel arch lips, and diffuser details and apply local thickening or shell offsets as required by your chosen printing workflow.

Customization tips

Common hobbyist edits include trimming inner wheelhouse for axle clearance, boolean-adding internal boss geometry for screw or axle mounting, splitting the shell for interior detail or chassis mounting, and combining the shell with aftermarket wheels or donor chassis components. Keep an unmodified copy of the master and perform test prints before committing to final production.
