High-detail 3D-printable miniature of the Komatsu PC800 excavator, modeled for dioramas, model railroading, and scale displays. This kit includes separate parts for the undercarriage, body, boom, stick and bucket to make printing and finishing easier. Geometry is optimized for hobby FDM and resin printing; some supports are required for overhangs. Files print well at common model scales (HO, S, N) — see print notes below. Includes: STL files for body, tracks/undercarriage, boom, stick, bucket, and simple assembly guide. Recommended print settings: 0.1–0.2 mm layer height (resin or fine FDM), 0.4 mm nozzle (FDM), supports for boom and bucket, strengthen thin details with higher infill or resin exposure. Clean, sand, and glue parts for best results. Paint and weather as desired to match a construction or mining diorama.
