A costumed bear mascot standing upright on a round base with one arm thrown high in a wave and the other tucked in with a thumbs-up. The oversized bear head has a broad muzzle, small rounded ears and a friendly open-mouthed expression aimed out at the crowd.

He is dressed like a person rather than an animal: a chunky ribbed knit sweater with a V-neck collar over olive work trousers, and brown lace-up shoes with the toes sculpted wide to fit costume feet. The fur is textured across the head and hands where they show past the cuffs.
