A single-storey American corner shop with a flat roof and a boxed parapet. Two street-facing elevations are clad in orange panelling banded with white trim, with recessed blank sign panels above the windows ready for lettering.

The corner entrance is set back under a small shingled canopy beside full-height plate glass windows in slim frames, and a scrolled bracket sign projects from the parapet over the door. The side elevation is closed off with solid panels for placing against a neighbouring building.

On the roof sit a boxed air handling unit and looping duct runs. It fits a 1960s to 1980s Main Street or strip-corner setting on a town layout, and works as a diner, launderette, pharmacy or convenience store depending on how the sign panels are finished.
