Ornate Finial / Decorative Post

Vertical ornate cylindrical post with a smooth spherical cap/top. The shaft displays carved scroll and foliate relief wrapping around the column; near the base there is a decorative collar of repeating circular motifs and a short round pedestal. Surface appears painted or patinated metal with satin/metallic specular highlights.
