A Victorian mounted officer posed for the saddle, legs bowed and knees gripping, with both hands drawing a set of leather reins across his front. He wears a dark blue double-breasted tunic with two rows of brass buttons and gold cuff braid.
The helmet is a spiked pattern with a chinstrap and a crowned front plate, and tall black riding boots with gold trim run above the knee. A separate cobblestone disc is supplied for dismounted display.
Intended for a mounted patrol in a Victorian city square, a parade escort or a crowd-control line. The horse is not part of the piece, so pair him with a saddle mount of your choice.
