The sculpt carries plenty of period wardrobe detail: a wide-brimmed felt hat, a long canvas-and-leather duster coat with a broad collar, a buttoned vest over a collarless shirt, denim trousers and tall stovepipe riding boots. A cartridge belt studded with loops rides at his hip, and the base is finished with dry cracked earth and a tuft of scrub grass.

He suits any Old West main street scene: standoffs outside a saloon, a stagecoach depot, a jailhouse porch, or a mining-camp confrontation. On a narrow-gauge western layout he gives a station platform or water tower instant period character, and he drops straight into skirmish-scale gunfighter games.
