A frontier lawman down on one knee with a single-action revolver extended at arm's length, sighting along the barrel. He wears a long tan duster over a dark buttoned waistcoat and collarless shirt, with a five-point star badge pinned to the vest and a wide-brim felt hat shading his moustached face.

Leather chaps or reinforced trousers, a cartridge belt with a second holster and heavy stitched boots all read clearly, and he steadies himself with the free hand as if using cover. He kneels on a round plank-board base.

A natural centrepiece for an 1880s Western street shootout, a stagecoach ambush or a jailhouse standoff diorama, and an obvious protagonist figure for Old West skirmish games.
