A 1920s mounted police officer sculpted in the saddle: legs bent and spread to grip a horse's barrel, back straight, one hand low on the reins and the other holding a drawn cavalry-pattern saber across his body. He wears a peaked cap, a double-breasted leather tunic buckled at the waist, riding breeches, tall laced boots and a flap holster on the belt.
Because the figure is posed as a rider, the legs and seat are shaped to drop onto a saddle rather than to stand on the ground. Mount him on a horse from your own stable to complete the pair, or use him as a saddled crewman on a wagon box.
Suited to an interwar city scene: crowd control at a parade route, a mounted patrol along a park drive, or a strike-line stand-off on a 1920s townscape. Works equally well as an escort rider for a period parade diorama.
