A city patrolman of the 1920s standing at ease with a small notebook in one hand and a pencil in the other, head tipped down as he writes. His double-breasted dark tunic is buttoned to the throat with a badge at the chest, and a leather cross-strap runs over the shoulder to a wide waist belt.
He carries a flap holster on the hip and a baton ring at the belt, and wears breeches tucked into tall laced boots with a flat-topped peaked cap. He stands on a plain round base.
Drop him beside a parked touring car, a speakeasy doorway or a street-corner call box in an interwar city scene; he also works as a beat officer on a Prohibition-era layout or gangster skirmish board.
