A mid-century patrolman sculpted seated behind a separate steering wheel, one hand on the rim and the other raising a stubby radio handset toward his mouth. He wears a single-breasted uniform tunic with breast badge and shoulder patch, collar and tie, a peaked service cap with a hard visor, uniform trousers and polished shoes, with a duty belt and holster at the hip.
The hips and knees are cut for a bench seat, and a plain oval disc under the shoes lets him stand while being painted.
Built to fill a 1950s squad car, highway cruiser or precinct wagon on a period city layout, or to anchor a mid-century traffic stop diorama.
