A country lawman holding a revolver up and clear in one raised hand while his other hand rests on his hip, head turned down and to the side as he speaks to someone on the ground. It is the classic covering stance at the end of a chase.

He wears a wide-brimmed felt hat, a short-sleeved uniform shirt with buttoned pockets and a star badge, a wristwatch, a plain leather belt with holster and cuffs, and trousers tucked into tall riding boots. The base is a simple dirt disc.

Best paired with a kneeling or prone suspect for a roadside arrest vignette. Suits a mid-century small-town or farm setting, a filling station hold-up scene, or any postwar rural layout that needs a sheriff.
