A seated highway patrolman posed behind a steering wheel, left forearm resting over the rim and right hand relaxed on his thigh, legs bent into a footwell. He comes with an integral bucket seat and wheel so he can be dropped into an open car body or displayed as-is on the round base.

Uniform detail is mid-century state police: a broad campaign hat with a diamond-shaped cap device, a long-sleeved tunic-style shirt with epaulettes, a shoulder patch, a chest badge, a necktie, breeches-cut trousers and polished shoes.
