A police officer in a light tan summer uniform caught mid-stride, one fist clenched forward and the other hand pulling a set of open handcuffs from the duty belt. The shirt has flap chest pockets, epaulettes, a shoulder patch and a chest shield; the peaked cap carries a metal badge.

The belt is loaded with a baton, a second cuff case and a radio, and the trouser and sleeve creases are cut deep so the aggressive lean reads from across the table. He stands on a plain round base.

Use him as the arresting officer in a street-crime vignette, a traffic stop or a crowd-control scene on a 1970s-1980s American city layout, or as a law-enforcement figure in a modern skirmish game.
