A highway patrol trooper sculpted seated in a vehicle, one hand on a large steering wheel and the other lifting a coiled-cord radio handset to his mouth. The bucket seat and wheel are part of the piece.

He wears a short-sleeve uniform shirt with a starred breast badge, a shoulder patch and shoulder straps, dark trousers, boots and a stiff-brimmed campaign hat. A duty belt with a holstered sidearm runs round the waist.

Drop him into a patrol cruiser on a highway or small-town layout, a roadside stop, or a pursuit vignette. He works well with a second trooper standing at the driver's window of a pulled-over car.
