A rural sheriff's deputy stands at ease with both arms relaxed at his sides, head turned to one side as if watching traffic go by. He wears a broad-brimmed campaign hat, a long-sleeved uniform shirt with a star badge over the pocket, a shoulder patch, a name bar and matching uniform trousers tucked over plain leather duty shoes.
A full leather duty belt carries a holstered revolver on the hip, handcuffs at the centre back, a baton loop and speed-loader pouches, all typical of American county law enforcement in the 1970s and 1980s. He stands on a plain dirt-textured round base that blends into a gravel shoulder or a farm yard.
Use him beside a patrol cruiser on a two-lane highway scene, at a small-town crossroads, or working a roadside stop in a rural layout. He pairs naturally with pickup trucks, grain elevators and diner scenes on a period American board.
