City Police Officer Signalling Halt

A modern city patrol officer standing on a plain round base with one arm raised straight up, palm flat and open, in an unmistakable stop-right-there gesture. His head is turned down and to the side, watching whoever he has just called out.

He wears a dark blue duty uniform: a baseball-style patrol cap with a shield, a long-sleeved shirt with shoulder patches and a chest badge, and cargo-pocket trousers over black boots. A radio and shoulder mic run up the front of his chest, and the duty belt carries pouches, a holster and a long straight baton hung at the hip.

Use him to hold back a crowd, halt traffic at a road closure, or command a suspect at an arrest scene. He suits contemporary city dioramas, modern layouts with a street-level scene, and present-day skirmish boards, and pairs naturally with patrol cars and other responders.
