A Renaissance street juggler in mid-routine: one ball held ready in each hand and a third caught in the air just above his floppy cap, elbows out and knees softly bent as he tracks the throw.
Costume detail is nicely period: a soft maroon bonnet over shoulder-length curls, a green quilted doublet with a laced front and puffed yellow-slashed sleeves, a slashed skirt-panel below the waist, a narrow leather belt with a purse and small pouch, maroon hose, and cuffed tan ankle boots.
A perfect crowd-pleaser for a late-medieval or Renaissance market square - place him among stalls and onlookers in a fair diorama, outside a guildhall, or as a colourful non-combatant on a fantasy tabletop street or tavern board.
