Industrial Welding Robot Arm

A six-axis industrial robot arm on a bolted circular pedestal base, articulated through a rotating waist, a heavy lower arm casting, an elbow joint and a wrist, with the head bent forward and down over the work.

The tooling end carries a welding torch with a curved gooseneck nozzle and a wire feed unit; brown flexible hose bundles and cable looms are routed along the outside of every casting and clipped at the joints. Cast ribs, bolt flanges and inspection covers are all cut into the housings.

Perfect for a modern factory floor: line several along an assembly conveyor in a plant diorama, put one in an automotive body shop, or use it inside an industrial building on a rail layout. The pedestal mount also suits a workshop or laboratory scene.
