Glowing Crystal Outcrop with Pale Eggs

A low mound of tumbled boulders in deep violet and indigo, shot through with branching veins that read as luminous pale blue seams running from stone to stone. Dark crevices open between the larger blocks, and clumps of bright green moss fill the gaps at ground level.

Three smooth ivory eggs are nestled among the rocks, one at each side and one at the front, and several rust-orange bracket fungi grow out of the vertical faces. The base is cut as an irregular rock shelf rather than a disc, so it drops into broken ground without an obvious edge.

Built for fantasy and science-fiction boards: a monster nest, a mana node, an alien hive or a crystal seam objective. It also works as exotic cavern scatter in an underground diorama.
