A mid-century traveler in a dark pinstripe double-breasted suit, pale blue shirt, striped tie and pocket square, topped with a snap-brim fedora. His right arm is raised high in a wave or hail, while his left carries a folded tan overcoat and a hard leather suitcase.

Every period cue is there: the wide lapels, the cuffed trousers, the polished brown oxfords and the classic banded hat. The raised arm makes him instantly readable across a platform, which is exactly what a crowd scene needs.

Drop him on a 1950s passenger station platform greeting an arriving train, at a bus depot, hailing a taxi on a Main Street corner, or on a steamship pier. He anchors any post-war travel or commuter diorama.
