Scale model / tabletop scenery prop

A stylized two-story wooden miniature house model with a small gabled front extension, covered side porch, stone foundation slab, shingled pitched roofs, a small dormer on the upper roof, and a brick chimney. Exterior siding is painted a muted green with exposed natural wood trim; roof is made of dark slate-like shingles. A wooden barrel and bench are placed under the porch. The base is a rectangular stone-paved platform.

• Not allowed: using the files (or derivatives) to train, fine-tune, test, or feed any AI/ML system (including dataset creation).
• Not allowed: commercial use of any kind without a separate written commercial license from Miniature Reality.
• Note: digital files may include purchaser-linked identifiers / forensic watermarking to help investigate unauthorized distribution.
