A square terrain tile dominated by a spreading web of exposed tree roots radiating out from a central stump boss. The roots are thick and sinuous where they leave the trunk and taper into fine tendrils that run right to the edges of the tile.

The ground between them is a mossy green forest floor dotted with small stones and puddled hollows, and the tile has clean square sides so it butts up flush against neighbours.

Designed as modular woodland flooring: lay several together for an ancient forest clearing, a druid grove or an elf settlement. The raised roots also make excellent difficult ground and line-of-sight breaks on a skirmish board.
