Accurate corrugated paneling, chassis detail and mounting points make this piece ideal for industrial dioramas, model railways, and tabletop wargaming. Files & Compatibility - Delivered as ready-to-print STL files (multiple pieces for easy printing and cleanup). - Optimized for both resin and FDM printing. Printing recommendations - Layer height: 0.05–0.2 mm (0.05–0.1 mm recommended for resin; 0.1–0.2 mm for FDM). - Wall thickness: minimum 1.2 mm for FDM; 0.8 mm acceptable for resin. - Infill: 10–20% for stability. - Supports: required for the underside of the trailer chassis and any recessed details; print the container on its side or on the trailer base to minimize support contact on textured surfaces. - Assembly: model is split into a few subcomponents (chassis, container body, accents) for easier printing and painting; small alignment pins provided. Finishing & Use - Prime before painting; use a light weathering wash and dry-brushing to emphasize corrugated texture and rust/weather marks. - Mounting holes are included for secure attachment to bases or diorama surfaces. Recommended scales and typical uses - Commonly used in HO (1:87), N (1:160), O (1:48), 1:64 and 1:24 scales for model railways, dioramas, and tabletop gaming.
