Tandem Skydiving Pair Under Canopy

A tandem skydiving pair hangs beneath an open ram-air canopy, the passenger strapped in front with legs lifted and the instructor behind working the steering toggles. The two figures are sculpted as one connected unit so the harness linkage and body positions stay correct.

The passenger wears a bright yellow jumpsuit, a white open-face helmet and wide goggles; the instructor is in a camouflage jumpsuit with a dark helmet, goggles and a chest-mounted altimeter and handles. Above them the rectangular canopy is divided into cells with a red and blue panel scheme, and individually modelled suspension lines run down through the risers to the harness. The whole thing stands on a sky-blue disc base painted with clouds.

An eye-catching display piece and a natural centrepiece for an airfield, drop-zone or air-show diorama. Hang it over a landing field with a windsock and a jump plane, or use it as an arriving-figure marker on a modern skirmish table.
