A modern special-operations soldier down on one knee, pressing a hand to his ear to hear a radio call while his suppressed carbine rests across the forward thigh. He wears a camouflage uniform, a plate carrier with front magazine pouches, a helmet with mount, cover and headset, and a loaded assault pack on his back.

Detail is concentrated where it reads: the optic and rail furniture on the weapon, the suppressor, the sling routing across the chest, pouch flaps and buckles on the pack, knee reinforcement on the trousers and mid-height desert boots. The kneeling pose keeps him low, which makes him easy to tuck behind cover in a scene. Supplied on a round sandy base.

Suited to modern-conflict dioramas: a compound wall, a dusty village street, a landing-zone security halt or a rooftop overwatch. On a skirmish board he makes a natural team leader or radio operator alongside standing and prone riflemen.
