Rocky Cascade and Rapids Terrain Tile

A square terrain tile of fast water spilling over stepped rock ledges. A turquoise upper pool breaks across a lip into a broad falling curtain, then splits into two chutes that churn through boulders and run off the front edge in white broken foam.

The rock is sculpted as layered dark strata with sharp fractured slabs stacked along both banks, and the water surface carries flow lines, standing waves and spray caps so it reads as moving even before paint.

Drop it into a mountain stream, a gorge crossing or a river section that needs a change in level, or use it as a scenic break under a trestle on a railroad layout. On a wargame or dungeon board it works as difficult terrain and a natural barrier between deployment zones.
