Robed Minister with Oversized Ice Cream Cone

A grey-haired clergyman in a full-length black preaching robe strides along carrying an enormously oversized triple-scoop ice cream cone, complete with waffle pattern, pistachio, strawberry and chocolate scoops and a cherry on top. The gag is played straight: heavy horn-rimmed glasses, a dark tie and white collar under the gown, and a mildly delighted expression as he tucks into it.

The robe is sculpted with proper weight — pleated yoke, wide bell sleeves, a long open front sweeping past his knees — and finishes over plain dress trousers and brown leather shoes. Flecks of spilled ice cream are dotted down the hem, a small storytelling detail that sells the joke.
